Shipping & Delivery
Vacuum-sealed, flash-frozen at peak freshness, and shipped overnight. Order today, grill tomorrow. Monday through Thursday.
How we pack
Every cut is vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen the same day it's portioned. Orders ship in insulated packaging with gel packs intended to keep contents cold through overnight transit. Check the temperature of frozen items on arrival, especially after a carrier delay.
Delivery windows
- Orders before 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET, Monday–Thursday: usually ship the same day for estimated next-business-day arrival via FedEx.
- Orders after 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET: ship on the next available shipping day. Weekend orders usually ship Monday for estimated Tuesday arrival, unless a holiday, carrier closure, processing delay, or weather hold changes the schedule.
- Auto Ship members: your first box ships on our next shipping day; later boxes renew on your chosen cadence (every week, every two weeks, or every four weeks) from your order date.
Free shipping threshold
Orders $250 and above ship free, and below that an order with frozen items is charged at checkout by weight and destination (dry goods ship at a flat rate). For Auto Ship, the shipping price at your first checkout becomes your delivery price and is charged on every renewal; it is re-quoted if your box or delivery address changes.
Delivery area
We currently ship to the contiguous United States. Hawaii, Alaska, and international shipping aren't available yet.
Where we ship
Orders placed before 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET, Monday–Thursday, usually ship the same day to street addresses in 48 states and Washington, D.C., and a box is estimated to arrive the next day after it ships. Alaska and Hawaii are not served today, and neither are U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses.
Check your state
Choose a state to check delivery availability. The full state list is below.
Every delivery area gets the same overnight cold chain, and orders of $250 and above ship free in all of them. Below that, an order with frozen items is charged at checkout by weight and destination.
