Shipping & Delivery

Every cut is vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen the same day it's portioned. Orders ship in insulated packaging with gel packs sized to keep contents below 35°F for 36+ hours, so even an overnight delay won't compromise quality.

• Orders before 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET, Monday–Thursday: ship same day, arrive next business day via FedEx.
• Orders after 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET: ship on the next shipping day. Orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday ship Monday and arrive Tuesday.
• Auto Ship members: recurring deliveries on your chosen cadence (every two, four, six, or eight weeks).

Orders $250 and above ship free, and below that an order with frozen items is charged at checkout by weight and destination (dry goods ship at a flat rate). For Auto Ship, the shipping price at your first checkout becomes your delivery price and is charged on every renewal; it is re-quoted if your box or delivery address changes.

We currently ship to the contiguous United States. Hawaii, Alaska, and international shipping aren't available yet.
