How we pack
Every cut is vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen the same day it's portioned. Orders ship in insulated packaging with gel packs sized to keep contents below 35°F for 36+ hours, so even an overnight delay won't compromise quality.
Delivery windows
- Orders before 10 AM EST, Monday–Thursday: ship same day, arrive next business day via FedEx.
- Orders after 10 AM EST or on weekends: ship the following Monday.
- Auto Ship members: recurring deliveries on your chosen cadence (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
Free shipping threshold
Orders $250 and above ship free. Below the threshold, a flat shipping fee applies — calculated at checkout based on destination.
Delivery area
We currently ship to the contiguous United States. Hawaii, Alaska, and international shipping aren't available yet.
