How it arrives
Packed frozen. At your door the next day, usually.
- By 10 AM PT
Order by 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET, Monday through Thursday, and it usually ships the same day for estimated next-day delivery.
- After the cutoff
We ship on the next available shipping day. Weekend orders usually ship Monday for estimated Tuesday arrival, unless a holiday, carrier closure or weather hold changes the schedule.
- In the box
Every cut is vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen the same day it's portioned. Orders ship in insulated packaging with gel packs intended to keep contents cold through overnight transit.
- If it's warm
Check frozen items on arrival with a food thermometer. They should still contain ice crystals or be at 40°F (4°C) or below. If perishable food arrives above 40°F, do not eat or taste it; photograph it and contact us.
