By default we share limited activity (such as pages viewed and purchases) with Meta and Google so our ads reach the right people and we can measure what works. Opt out and we will stop sharing it on this browser.
What we share, and what we never share
We use the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics for advertising and measurement. They receive limited activity such as the pages you view and orders you place, tied to advertising identifiers.
We do not share which videos you watch. Coach Chris uses your microphone only while you are talking with him, and we do not use your camera.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser or a privacy extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out automatically. You do not need to do anything else.
