Yes, all of our products are processed in USDA-inspected facilities. Every cut is either Choice or Prime grade, then individually vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen at peak freshness to lock in flavor.
The cattle we source spend their entire lives on pasture, eating grass and forage. They are never finished on grain in feedlots, which is the industry norm. This results in leaner, more nutrient-dense beef with a superior fatty acid profile.
Over 90% of beef in grocery stores comes from industrial feedlots where cattle are confined and fed grain-based diets. Much of it is imported and relabeled as "Product of USA." We work directly with American ranchers who raise cattle on open pastures, with no added hormones or routine antibiotics.
