Delivery and guarantee
We ship Monday through Thursday. An order placed before 10 AM Pacific (1 PM Eastern) on a shipping day usually goes out the same day, with estimated next-business-day arrival by FedEx. Weekend orders usually ship Monday for estimated Tuesday arrival. Holidays, carrier closures and weather can change these dates.
Every cut is vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen the same day it is portioned. Orders ship in insulated packaging with gel packs intended to keep contents cold through overnight transit. Check the temperature of frozen items on arrival, especially after a carrier delay.
Orders $250 and above ship free. Below that, an order with frozen items is charged at checkout by weight and destination, and dry goods ship at a flat rate. We currently ship to the contiguous United States; Hawaii, Alaska and international shipping aren’t available yet.
