Delivery and guarantee
When it ships
We ship Monday through Thursday. An order placed before 10 AM Pacific (1 PM Eastern) on a shipping day goes out the same day and arrives the next business day by FedEx. Orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday ship Monday and arrive Tuesday.
How it arrives
Every cut is vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen the same day it is portioned. Orders ship in insulated packaging with gel packs sized to keep contents below 35°F for 36+ hours, so even an overnight delay won’t compromise quality.
Cost and coverage
Orders $250 and above ship free. Below that, an order with frozen items is charged at checkout by weight and destination, and dry goods ship at a flat rate. We currently ship to the contiguous United States; Hawaii, Alaska and international shipping aren’t available yet.
If something is wrong
Perishable food can’t be returned once it leaves us. If an order arrives warm, damaged or wrong, contact us right away and we’ll evaluate it and make it right. Your first Auto Ship delivery carries a 100% money-back guarantee if you tell us within 5 days of receiving it.
